FINVENTURE provide capital to seed early-stage, emerging growth companies. We invest in companies in exchange for Equity, companies that have a novel technology or business model in high technology industries, such as Biotechnology and Information Technology.
Our Offer

Our offering is attractive for new companies with limited operating history that are too small to raise Capital in the Public Market and have not reached the point where they are able to secure a loan.
How it works?

Our typical venture capital investment occurs after a Seed Funding round as the first round of institutional capital to fund growth in the interest of generating a return through an eventual exit event, such as an Initial public offering or Merger and acquisition.
Value Proposition

Through FINVENTURE, private and public sectors can construct an institution that systematically creates networks for the new firms and industries, so that they can progress. This institution helps identify and combine business functions such as finance, technical expertise, marketing know-how, and business models. Once integrated, these enterprises succeed by becoming nodes in the search networks for designing and building products in their domain.

Safety

We invest in exchange for an equity stake in the business, therefore the growth and profitability of the business is our key objective.

Growth

Long term growth at the expense of ongoing investment returns. Capital gains through security bought and sold at a higher price than its original purchase price.

Income

Returns earned during and on "exit" by selling shareholdings to another owner.

Healthcare Technology Startup Capital Raise

We are a healthcare technology startup company (pre-revenue stage). We have spent significant amount of our time working on the technology that we feel would change the way healthcare is done. Together with FINVENTURE we are about to launch the cloud-based enterprise class product platform.

Joint Venture

The nature of the problems/challenges to be addressed by this Fund will impede socio-economic development or affect our ability to compete in software development products and services. The projects must therefore involve technological innovation with a large component being research and development (systematic and investigative or experimental activities). The projects should provide new knowledge, which will have specific practical application for the development of new or improved systems
